Whether it's physical recovery, emotional transitions, newborn feeding and care, or managing parenting philosophies, we believe our certified, professional and non-judgemental Doulas are a necessary part of every growing family.

We offer packages that fit a wide range of needs and budgets. We can also customize a contract to your family.
Prenatal Support
We take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure we can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering prenatal visits, our goal is to reduce stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby when the time comes. We also use this time to plan and personalize which postpartum Doula and services are right for you and your family.
Labor Support
We don't provide labor doulas at this time, however, we have many Doulas who we would personally recommend. If you are interested in a certified labor doula, please contact us, we would love to help.
We do offer postpartum visits starting the moment your baby is born. Whether in the hospital or at home, our Doulas meet you right where you are as soon as you need us.

Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days and months with your new baby can be challenging.
We will be there to calm, reassure, educate and support you and your family through this life changing time. We are here to help you push past what you think you're capable of and help you cherish your time with your newborn.
As certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doulas, we are able to:
-give you a good nights sleep
-introduce various parenting philosophies
-individualize physical care for you and your baby
-recognize normal and abnormal signs of postpartum recovery
